THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE HOP

Meet the mob.

A group of kangaroos is called a mob. Ours has four.

We're a small crew spread across the UK, Italy and Georgia, building RooQL one hop at a time. We asked a kangaroo to take the team photo. It went about as well as you'd expect.

A hand-drawn cartoon of the four RooQL kangaroos in a eucalyptus clearing. From left: José with dark hair, a beard and crossed arms in a black sunset T-shirt; Oliver, the tallest, with a brown fringe and moustache in a white T-shirt; Charlie with blond hair and round glasses, waving in a grey sweatshirt; and Giorgi with dark wavy hair and a beard in a navy hoodie, looking off camera.
